The Pre-health Summer Program aims to enhance the healthcare workforce by improving employment opportunities for economically and educationally disadvantaged high school students in Salt Lake County, Utah. The program's objective is to introduce students to various healthcare careers, educational programs, and employments sites alongside a comprehensive academic curriculum.
Mentor Program

The Crossroads Utah AHEC Mentor Program aims to guide students who are interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:00 - 7:30 pm. Mentees are paired with mentors who are either health science college students or practicing healthcare professionals. The mentors help mentees navigate the college process, explore different careers, and provide personal guidance.
